The antique Erector sets. The wood one in front is probably from the 30's. The datk metal one from the 40's. The bright painted from the 50's, and the two plastic ones from 50's/60's. |

Some of the pieces are in particularly bad conditions. Here are ones waiting for re-furbishing. |
This set still had the paper in the lid. It's in bad shape, though. I should mention, for those Erector set afficiados out there, that I am not altering any parts whatsoever. I'm only repairing some of them. |

Here's the parts organized for use. The parts used so far in the photos above are NOT included in these shots here. |
Screws and brackets. Some that look like duplicates are good/bad condition, small/large bolt heads, flat/rount top nuts. |
||
Pullys, sprockets, chain, and original tools. |
Straps. |
||
Flat structural pieces. |
Angle structural pieces. |
||
Axles, disks, motor mounts, motor battery pack and winch. I doubt I'll end up using anything here except the axles I used for mounting the radiator. Oh, those fancy pieces in the front two compartmants are the spare deviders for the plastic cases. |
Large structural pieces. |

Hmmm, I guess this is just so you can see the bolts and nuts again. But there's less glare in this shot. |
More parts bought. This was not a set, just some spare parts. The only thing I need from this right now is the samll girders to complete the plumbing flying runs. But the large plates is the main reason I bought this. They'll be used for the PowerPlant PC. |
